Today, I had the privilege of participating in a meditation exhibition hosted at Bongeunsa, a temple renowned for its deep roots in Korean Buddhism and its commitment to fostering mindfulness. This event was a unique opportunity to explore and showcase a variety of meditation practices, each emphasizing the importance of presence and awareness. The primary focus of this exhibition was to introduce younger audiences, including children and teenagers, to the transformative power of meditation. By creating an interactive and engaging environment, the exhibition aimed to demystify meditation and make it accessible to a wider demographic, particularly the youth.
The heart of the exhibition lay in its emphasis on youth engagement.
